1. Overview of Our Refund Policy

To protect the safety and quality of our health and homeopathic products, and to comply with Canadian health regulations, many items cannot be returned once delivered. However, we do offer returns and refunds under specific conditions.

Our goal is to ensure:

• Protection of product integrity

• Compliance with health and hygiene standards

• A fair and transparent experience for customers

2. Return Eligibility

Due to regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards, all homeopathic remedies are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

You must contact us within:

• 24 hours of delivery for concerns about damaged or incorrect items

Beyond these timeframes, we cannot guarantee approval of returns or refunds.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and hygiene laws, the following cannot be returned:

• Opened homeopathic tinctures

• Remedies, pellets, herbal supplements, tablets, capsules

• Liquids, ingestible products, or products where the seal has been broken

• Perishable or time-sensitive health items

• Clearance, discounted, or final sale products

• Personalized or special-order items

If a product has been opened, used, tampered with, or shows signs of wear, it cannot be accepted for return.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

A refund may only be accepted if you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective remedy or bottle

• The wrong item

• A product that leaked during shipment

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos showing the problem

We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Note: Damage caused after delivery (e.g., improper storage, drops, spills) is not eligible.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for:

• Lost packages

• Stolen shipments

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If your package is missing, contact the shipping carrier directly and submit a claim. We will assist when possible.

6. Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds may be issued as:

• Original payment method

• Replacement product

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival, etc.).

7. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect items.

If you wish to exchange a product for a different remedy, potency, or size, a new order must be placed.

8. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once an order is processed or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

9. Shipping Your Return

If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions including the return address.

Customers are responsible for:

• Return shipping costs

• Ensuring the product is packaged safely

• Providing tracking information

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

10. International Orders (If Applicable)

International shipments may are not eligible for returns due to tariffs, customs, safety regulations, and carrier restrictions.
