Thank you for shopping at HomeopathicDrugstore.ca (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Shipping Policy explains how we manage order processing, shipping, delivery times, shipping costs, and other related procedures for your homeopathic wellness orders.
By placing an order on our site, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing & Handling

Once you complete checkout, your order will typically be processed within 2–3 business days, provided all items are in stock and payment is successfully approved.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

After we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
2. Shipping Destinations & Regions
We currently ship to the following locations:

Within Canada — all provinces and territories

International Shipping — available to The United States of America only - (35% US IEEPA Reciprocal Tariffs, Clearance & Processing Fees will be charged upon checkout of your order)
If your country is not listed at checkout, or shipping is restricted, you will be notified and given the option to cancel or change the order.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted carriers (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, IntelCom, DragonFly etc.) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

4. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping Eligibility

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions — for example, when your order exceeds a certain cart value (e.g., Free shipping on orders over $X). Such promotions will be clearly displayed on our site.

International orders may incur tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not covered by us. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will get an email with a tracking number (if available).

Use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

If your package shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier first — you may need to wait 24–48 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early.

If the carrier confirms delivery but you still haven’t received your package, contact us — we’ll help you investigate.
6. Risk of Loss & Title Transfer

Once we entrust the package to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss or damage transfers to you (the customer), unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Ownership of the products passes to you only after payment is accepted and products are shipped.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or intercepted packages after the carrier marks them as “delivered.”
7. Restricted Items & Shipping Limitations (Important for homeopathic products)
Due to health, safety, and regulatory compliance:

Some homeopathic remedies, tinctures, or health products may be restricted from shipping internationally (or to certain regions).

Orders containing restricted items may be canceled or require additional verification (e.g. proof of age, customs compliance).

If a product cannot be legally shipped to your region, we will notify you and offer cancellation or substitution.
8. Order Modifications & Delays

If you wish to change your shipping address or cancel before dispatch — contact us as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible.

In the event of unexpected delays (stock issues, carrier disruption, customs hold-ups), we will notify you via email with revised delivery estimates or options (cancel/refund or wait).
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the package immediately.

Save all packaging material, take photos of the damage, and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier and, if appropriate, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Claims for lost shipments must be initiated with the carrier first; we will support with documentation as needed.
10. International Shipping: Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

If the shipment is returned to us because duties or customs were refused or if item was not delivered becasue no person was available to receive it, we will not be able to refund shipping or product costs.
