Homeopathic Drugstore Pharmacy ("we" and "us") is the operator of ( ("Website"). We, HOMEOPATHICDRUGSTORE.CA, operate under AL-HAKIM HOMEOPATHIC CENTER and we do not manufacture any medicine. Our qualified homeopaths are licensed to dispense all medicine. All our medicines are manufactured in Canadian Laboratories.

By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.



Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

After your order is placed, please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed. After we have shipped your medicine and it has left our office for delivery, we are not responsible for your package. The shipping carrier is responsible for the package until it has been successfully delivered. In the case your package it delayed or lost by the shipping carrier; we will assist you in opening a dispute with the shipping carrier to find out the outcome of the package. At this time, a refund cannot be processed until the dispute is resolved with the shipping carrier company, neither is the refund promised as we are not responsible for the package after it has left our office.


Returns / Dispute

***Due to the current circumstances with the Corona Virus, we are NOT accepting ANY returns. No refunds will be issued once the order has been shipped from your office. All Sales In-Store and Online are Final until further notice***

Homeopathic Drugstore Pharmacy will only accept returns under special circumstances due to change of mind if a request to return is received by us within 2 days of receipt of item(s) and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Delivery Terms

5.1 Domestic Delivery Times

Ontario – 3 Business Days

Other Canadian Provinces – 7 Business Days


In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days

5.2 International Transit Time

USA – 12 Business Days

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at the checkout.

5.3 Change of Delivery Address

Orders placed before 12 PM – Eastern Time will be dispatched the within 2 days, otherwise, within the next 3 business days.

Our pharmacy operates on Monday – Thursday & Saturday during 12PM to 6PM hours, except on national holidays at which time the pharmacy will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.


5.4 Change of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address request, we can change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.


5.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Homeopathic Drugstore Pharmacy will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.


5.6 Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.


5.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can contact the shipping courier company and initiate an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider company.


Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.


Duties & Taxes

8.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to the price of the goods on the checkout page.


8.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by the customer upon arrival in the destination country.



If you change your mind before we have shipped your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.


10.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement only after the courier company has completed their investigation into the claim. Refunds are not guaranteed.
